Im an active gal and im afraid that i will be judge that im not a virgin by my parents because i do splits and i heard you can lose your virginity that way

you can go to the doctors to see if your hymen is broken. if it is, and you have not had sex, you are a virgin.
virginity is not something that can be stolen, or taken from you against your will. nor is it something you can lose in a sports game or in a pie eating contest. at the dr.s, they can't reveal to your parents if your hymen is broken or not, so if you broke it when doing the splits, tell your doctor that and ask her not to tell your parents it is broken.
be open with your parents though, they should trust you if you haven't given them a reason to not believe you.
